My family has attended this dental practice for many years and has always received very good care and advise. We trust Navah to be honest with us about what we need to have done and what can wait. She understands our families medical history and has always taken that into account. We are very happy with the care we get there. Both Navah and the receptionist (Marie?) are very friendly and out you at ease.

I have regularly attended this practice since 2008, being treated by Ms Navah Yella and supported by Marie, the Practice Coordinator/Nurse. All appointments have been seen on time. Ms Yella is excellent at communicating to me any treatment required, together with options and potential consequences. Ms Yella has taken time to listen to my concerns and provides appropriate commentary during treatment which does offer reassurance. Treatment aftercare has been provided and followed up. Marie has provided me with a high quality of support before, during and after treatments. Marie has a friendly reassuring manner and is very efficient with appointments and treatment assistance. Gentle patient care and due consideration has been prevalent and I am most content with the care received. My experience of this practice is highly rated and I have no negative comments.

MS Yella, listens carefully to your thoughts, makes recommendations based on your comfort and attitude. The treatment is professional and each step is explained as the treatment is carried out. What more can a patient wish to have. The surgery is small but the space available is adequate and has all the professional equipment required. Like Ms Yella, Marie the dental nurse is warm, friendly and helpful. We always have something amusing to say to each another and the three of us have a little giggle before we commence treatment, which makes the process less onerous. The more relaxed one is the better things will go. I would happily recommend this practice be it private or NHS, especially if you are nervous of seeing a dentist and would prefer to see someone gentle and understanding.

Over recent years I have had various fillings and more recently started on a course of repair that is leading to the capping of several teeth. Throughout these treatments Navah Yella has listened to my concerns and then explained the various treatment options open to me, including leaving well alone. In these two way discussions the benefits, limitations and costs of each option were also explained. After each treatment Navah took time to explain what I should expect over the following days in respect of possible discomfort, pain and any particular care that would be necessary. I have happily recommended the practice to several friends.
